I call this world the FAST TRACK WORLD My boys were watching the iconic Malgudi Days on Amazon Prime. They were hooked and addicted to the series. The nostalgic me felt a connect and sense of pride that they seemed to enjoy a serial that I enjoyed watching in the 80's! They binge watched 54 episodes/ 4 seasons in less than a week. Deja Vu to now, I hear a lot of adults telling me how Netflix is a time consuming binge watching affair! Few of my friends even avoid initiating a series since temptation could be all consuming! The boys stared at me in disbelief when I said we watched Malgudi Days once a week, and if we lost power we simply missed that episode. To them this was agonising.
